Cooper D. - I just needed to write you regarding my first round of golf after using the 5 Minute Warm-up.
With a crazy work schedule and the wet and cold winter I haven't played any golf since late October. But this past Sunday I had to play in a 2 man match play event. It was a cold day and still very wet from the bad weather,
BUT, I did the complete 5 minute warm-up, only hit 6 balls on the range then went off to the 10th tee (our first hole that day). Not my best scoring day (I am a 6 handicap) but I hit every single fairway! I have been playing since age 7 and can't remember ever doing that.
I totally believe the warm up got me that prepared. I was taking full swings with 3 layers of clothes and it didn't matter ... 3 wood or driver I hit every fairway.

Rick K. - I have known Marty Weil for 10 years. We have spent countless time on the golf course playing golf and most recently talking about fitness and flexibility. I'm currently a low digit handicap golfer and in the last 60 days since using The 5 - Minute Pregame Warm-Up I have noticed that I have gotten the distance that I had prior to turning 50 years old. I'm hitting the ball farther today that this time last year and have seen my scores become more consistent.
In addition to the pregame warm up Marty has provided me some additional nutritional tips and I have noticed that my stamina has increased and I can now walk 18 holes of golf with 50% of the effort than I had to use before.
I would highly recommend any and all work out tips that Marty provides but specifically believe that The 5 - Minute Pregame Warm - Up will dramatically improve the golf game of all golfers from a low handicap to those who are trying to get there.

I am a guy in my mid forties and have had lower back pain and tightness for twenty years. I have frequently visited the chiropractor over this time but only found temporary relief. I purchased the 5 Minute Pregame in the Spring and within a month I experienced a difference in my body and golf game. I’m now making a bigger backswing and finally releasing thru the ball, which has resulted in a nice little draw and NO more of that weak fade – I gained about 15 yards off the tee. I’ve also incorporated the post-round stretching on a daily basis for my problematic lower-back and it’s made a big-time difference.
In 5-Minute Pregame I was looking for a program that helped me with my golf game, but in addition found a program that has allowed me to function more freely in my day to day activities.
This was the best $20 I’ve ever spent on myself and golf game!

I‘ve been using the 5-Minute for about two months and just shot my career best round of golf. I know it has helped my body and therefore my game.
At my age (which is more than 60) I’m always looking for a way to extend my "quality of life and game." The 5-Minute warm-up really helps "warm-up" my body before I play, and it’s especially helpful for my super tight lower back. Now, I have my ladies group doing the warm-up with me before we play. It 's been the best investment of time and money for my game this year!

The 5-minute warm-up was purchased by my wife as a gift for me. I enjoy playing golf with my friends but usually suffer from back pain the day after. But, since I’ve implemented the 5-minute pregame before I play and do the post round back stretches after I play my back health has greatly improved.
I hate to admit it, but my wife was right ... all I needed was a simple routine I could follow before golf and stretches after golf. I highly recommend it!
